- Crisis Lines - two 24/7 crisis lines covering Gem and Boise counties
- Crisis Response and Intervention - on-scene response, accompany victims to hospital & forensic exams, and response for all types of victimization
- Protection Order orientation & assistance
- Safety Plans - detailed safety plans for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and teen dating violence.
- Immediate Safety - shelter in a local motel, transport to nearby shelter, emergency food and clothing, HOPE Line phones, stalking kits
- Therapy - free counseling for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault
- Education -
- Personal Freedom - education for victims of domestic violence
- Who I Am - class on self-esteem
- Managing Anger - (not for batterers)

- Love & Logic - parenting class
- Telling Yourself the Truth - correcting misbeliefs
- REAP - Reaching Your Economic Action Plan - a thorough, research-based financial education program
